Project Scheduling

WellSpring's Activity Scheduler is a powerful project management tool that allows you to model both the high level project through classic project scheduling together with detailed scheduling plans such as drilling scheduling.

Example - Create a construction project with a drilling Schedule 

1. Click on the Scheduler Tab
2. Click on the "Facility Construction" button.  The task editor will appear.
   
   
3. Name the task, and select facility options and start date
4. Specify the constraints
5. Click on the "Cost & Duration" tab
   
   
6. Add a Capital phase and specify required resources, duration and capital
7. Click on the "Conditions" tab
   
   
8. Add a condition for project start based on another activity
9. Repeat from step 2 above to add additional tasks
