WellSpring projects are able to be shared with others even if they do not have a WellSpring account, such as partners and consultants. Sharing a project will send a secure e-mail link to them that they can click on to open the shared project in a read-only mode. They will be able to work with the project in WellSpring to review the project results or run their own modifications, but they will not be able to save any of these changes.
To Share a project, select Project - Share Project... from the menu, or press the share project button.
You can then specify the e-mail or the receiver, and the characteristics of the sharing, including how many times the project can be accessed.

If a user tries to open a project more times than they were allocated, then they will see the following message. Once denied access they must contact the sender.
