Calculation Time
The calculation time can be set from most of the tabs in WellSpring. You can calculate from 1 month, to 60 years. If you have a complicated model, it is best to stick with a very short calculation time initially (say 5 years) to ensure that your model is behaving correctly, before running the full life of your project.
Note: Changing the number of years to calculate will clear all of your current results.
Run All Scenarios
If this option is checked, all scenarios will be run when the Calculate Icon is pressed. Your calculation times may be increased if you have a large project and multiple scenarios, so you may want to run only the scenario that you are currently working on.
Calculation Menu Options
- Calculate - No Contraints - Will run the calculations ignoring all constraints in the model.
- Calculate - No Downtime - Will run the calculations ignoring any specified Downtime
- Calculate - No Downtime or Constraints - Will run the calculations ignoring any specified Downtime and constraints.
- Calculate - No Economic Limit - Will run the calculations without any economic limit.
- ReCalculate All Project Links - Will calculate projects linked into a meta-project. (See Project Consolidation and Meta Projects)
