Specifying a Sales Point

A sales point in your model is a specific node where the products are sold to generate revenue.  By default, the sales point for any project is the scenario.  Specify any node in the network as a sales point by checking the "Asset is Sales Point" flag on the Network tab:

The Current Asset Data is at the right-hand side of the network tab.

A sales point allows you to over-ride the main price file.  This is useful if you have say a certain volume of gas going to a one gas contract at a certain price, and the remainder is going to another contract at a different price (eg Spot market).  See Gas Contract Modelling
