The US Land screen allows you to enter data such as working interest, NRI, and any reversions.
Working Interests can be entered separately for Revenue Interest (WI), Net Revenue Interest (NRI), Opcost Interest, and Capital Interest.
Reversions
The above interests and override can be reverted (changed) based on a number of variables such as a capital payout, date, or production volume. Click the "Add Reversion" button to specify a reversion.
Linked Assets Revert As a Single Group
Assets can be linked via their land inheritance. Instead of choosing an individual land record for each well, records can be inherited from an asset higher in the flow network. With this option checked, these linked assets will revert as a group.
