 User Currently Logged In                                                                                              

If you share an account with another user or users at you company, you may periodically get a message that the account is currently in use.  You will see the screen below.




If you know that no-one else is using the account, then you can safely take over the session.  If you are unsure, then you should check with the users before taking over the account.

This message will also occur if you have previously left your wellspring session open.  This happens if you close your browser, or if your browser or machine crash.
