This data definition is the same for ALL projects in your company's WellSpring Database. The data is edited within the project. This data can be used to "filter" the project list when using linked projects (See Project Consolidation and Meta Projects). To create new user data definitions, you must have administrative access. See User Defined Data - Administration to create new definitions.
User Data that is defined at the company level can be entered and edited by selecting "User Data" from the sub menu on the Network tab, or by selecting "Data - User defined Data" from the main menu. User data is specific to the current asset.
