Support Lead
Enersight is a Field Development Planning Software company, that is looking for an individual to lead our support function. The individual will be expected to become an expert in our tools, and combine that with a good understanding of our client's oil and gas projects to provide our clients with professional support services.
The ideal candidate will have worked with development planning, production forecasting or economic evaluation tools in the oil and gas industry, and be familiar with field development planning and operations. The candidate should have strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills. Documentation/Technical writing skills would also be an asset.
The role will include providing expert level support for the software tool, software testing, as well as coordinating the support activities of our consulting team.
